We can help you to arrange flights from Europe to either Izmir or Bodrom airports. Current flight prices range from £80 to £180 for a 1 week return. Prices vary in line with demand. On arrival we can arrange to collect you fro the airport, and transfer you to your hotel. We offer FREE hotel accommodation with breakfast included.
When your visit comes to an end, regardless of whether you decide to purchase from us or not, we will return you to your chosen airport for a safe return to your country of residence. Once you return home you have the time to decide what you want to do. We don't put pressure on you, or hassle you to make your decision there and then.
We are NOT a high pressure sales company.
We try to ensure that you are happy and content with your choice. As a customer/potential customer we want you to talk things through with your family and friends as we rely on word of mouth recommendations. With you spreading the word about us we need not spend a fortune on advertising. This reduces the cost of the property you purchase by 10% - just compare our prices per square metre with all our competitors! Also compare what you get for your money.
After viewing our range of property and selecting the home that fulfils your requirements, you will be required to complete an English Reservation Form. At this stage you will be asked for a copy of your passport and a reservation fee of £1,000.00. The reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel the reservation.
One month after placing your reservation we will require 20% of the purchase price and you will need to complete a pro-forma contract. The pro-forma contract is written in English and can be completed when you return to the UK.
At this stage of the process you are contractually bound to proceed to completion of the sale and the purchase price is fixed. You will be given copies of the internal and external specifications detailing what is included in the purchase price. This is done to protect both parties and eradicates any possibility of confusion at a later date.
The balance of the purchase price is dependant on the build completion date of your chosen property.
All extras must be paid for at the time of ordering. All paperwork is written in English with the exception of the Turkish 'Tapu' or Deeds. All payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling to accounts held in the UK.
If after a full year of ownership you are not happy, or perhaps you have a family crisis, we will guarantee to buy back your property at the price you paid minus any costs for repairs/remedial work.
This Buy Back Plan is guaranteed via a UK Limited company. All paperwork is written in English and can be completed via UK solicitors. We believe that our Buy Back Plan is extremely fair - but we'll let you decide
