We are an independent design and construction company operating in the Aydin area of Turkey this includes the established and cosmopolitan resort of Kusadasi and the up and coming resorts of Altinkum and Akbuk.

We design and construct industrial, commercial and residential developments. We only build and sell our own property, we do not sell for any third parties and are not an estate agent. We market and sell direct to our clients no middleman and no selling and buying commissions payable this is an automatic saving of 6%, our build quality is second to none and our specification is excellent.

Our Turkish construction partners have been building in the Aydin area since 1995. The British input joined forces in 2003, this involved the use of British Architects and Designers and using British standards of build ie: using cavity construction and full insulation standards. This was brought about by Mr Chris Adamson with 17 years experience in the UK building industry working for companys such as Persimmon, Wainhomes, Barratts and Allen construction.
